HOW TO USE KFORCE ESSENTIALS KIT
KFORCE ESSENTIALS KIT is our NON PROBIOTIC Treatment for Bad Breath. It is great for the budget conscious or people who do not need the added benefit of Probiotics. It is the same instructions as KForce Plus but just missing the KForce Probiotic Step. You can choose whether you want the strength of KForce Balance Rinse (Recommended) or the softer and milder KForce BreathGuard Pre Rinse as your twice weekly knockdown rinse.

EVERY MORNING. Clean your tongue with KForce Tongue Gel back to the gag reflex for about one minute. Make sure to brush the gel deep into the tongue grooves to get to where the anaerobic bad breath bacteria live. Then gently remove the gel with a tongue cleaner. Repeat the process but this time only for another 10 seconds. You can use the KForce Gel or the KForce toothpaste for this second application. Leave the gel or paste on the tongue surface and continue on to clean your teeth, gums, cheeks. Spit out after cleaning, rinse out with water, and finally give your tongue another clean with the tongue cleaner.

EVERY NIGHT. Repeat the morning cleaning program, just before bedtime. It is important to reduce the number of bacteria on the tongue surface, as these bacteria are the cause of morning breath when you wake up. There is no need to do the Probiotic step at night, except on days when you use the KForce Balance Rinse (which knocks down the bacteria levels).

TWICE A WEEK. Use the KForce Balance Rinse or the KForce BreathGuard Rinse in your morning mouth clean. Mix one capful of both KForce Balance 1 and KForce Balance 2 in a mixing vial. Make sure the lid of the vial is sealed tightly and then shake the solution to ensure good mixing. Then dip your toothbrush into the mix and clean your teeth with the solution. Make sure to always use a soft toothbrush and only brush with two finger pressure to ensure that you do not scrub the teeth. I like the Orasweet Toothbrush for this as it is extra soft and contains two rows of bristles at different heights to get into all the nooks and crannies of the teeth. Then dip your floss into the solution and floss all your teeth. Then dip your brush back into the solution and brush your tongue surface right back to the gag reflex. If you gag, just spit out over the sink and continue your tongue brushing. Finally rinse your mouth with the remainder of the solution. DO NOT GARGLE WITH THIS RINSE. It is for the mouth only and not for the throat.

OPTIONAL STEP 1. Throat mucous is a big part of Bad Breath, and the only way to get to the area is by using our Sinoclear Nasal Flush. So we recommend flushing with Sinoclear every morning on waking and if needed every night before sleep. This is a personal preference and you have the option of adding the Sinoclear at time of ordering.

OPTIONAL STEP 2. After lunch give your tongue a quick once over with a tongue cleaner and KForce Tongue Gel. The Orabrush is perfect for this procedure. Then suck on a KForce Probiotic Lozenge (if you are using Probiotics) to ensure a good level of K12 throughout the day. you can have up to 4 serves a day of Probiotics if you wish.
